Monday madness!!!

Work was crazy today. The kids was not in a listening mood and it was hard to keep them on task. So When I cam home...I move a couple of days ago and saw this
A blank wall...i was like I need to fill this, so that my heart can be happy when I walk into my space. Couple of Ideas came to mind, but then I remember I cant paint, wall paper or anything like that...
But before I show you what I did. Lets talk about my new place.
I have a private room with 2 other roommates (only one live here right now and the other is coming this weekend). This room I live in is bigger than any other room I had in my entire life. I am not sure how to fill it. 1st of all its been a long time since I decorated a room. So my wall art will reflect this.  But if you give me a stick n yarn (name of my future shop...its in the process) I can make something that is wearable and stylish. Now I need to learn how to put that in practice with other things. Ok I have said enough here is my new wall:
What Do you think? Its made out of yarn and push pins...Comment and tell me what can I improve on or add?

Thanks

Christmas

Sorry it took me a long time to post something. So Christmas was amazing. I crochet alot and I just felt like I could crochet more. I really use my talent and my brain and mostly my research skills. I love the Internet. Ok Here are some pictures and who got what.

So This Hat is made vertical. My roommate Who is the nicest person I ever met, is from Nigeria. So their Flag colors are green and white.  Wikipedia states "The two unique sea-green bands represent the forests and abundant natural wealth of Nigeria while the white band represents peace." She does represent the peace part. She just knows how to bring a calm feeling to a place. I love this girl.

This hat was made for my roommate's fiancĂ©. He was my friend 1st..hahahaha. He is from Ghana just like my boyfriend. He is a really good person. I give my approval for him to marry my roommate. According to my boyfriend the red color represent those who has pass on, the yellow or gold represent the wealth of ghana, and the green represent the forest. This hat doesnt have the black star, but that represent FREEDOM.

These next two hat went two Ghanaians. I love
different cultures and I love surrounding myself around them. Its amazing how different, but alike we are.

These headbands hasnt made it to their owners..I love them and was excited to make them.

Christmas came and its been more then a month ago. Crazy how time flies. I have done alot more crocheting and crafting. I will be more dedicated.
